So whats your favourite anime and favourite manga? Tell us and also why you like them? As I am asking, I start Personally my favourite manga is UxU - Unbalance x Unbalance. I like many others a lot too, but this is my favourite of all time. I know that those who know it would say, that its a romance and why am I reading it. I'll tell you why. For me it's interesting. It is created by Im Dal Young. Korean, but i still like the art style it has. The ecchi scenes and even ordinary scnenes are SWEEET!!! It has the teacherxstudent relationship. The student at first hates the teacher, but later falls in love with her. The student even confesses to her, but she denies it. But not because she doesn't love him, but because she is older and also a teacher. But she doesn't tell him that. There are many complications in both of their pasts, so that also makes it interesting. Anyway it has many interesting events that deepen the relationship between them. Sadly its on hiatus right now so I can't read anymore for a while . I would suggest this manga to those who read romance stories and even to those who don't read them. My favourite anime right now is Bleach. Kinda cheezy, I know, but the anime is more interesting than the manga, because of the effect are way better in the anime. Of course it's like that, but that reason is really why I prefer the anime to the manga, even if it's far behind. Usually I don't watch the fillers for any anime, but sometimes I watch Bleach fillers, if they are story version, not just 1-2 episodes. So everyone, tell us your favourites.

Hmm that's a tuff one for me since I don't really read much manga (Lack of opportunity mostly) so I'll leave that blank for now. My favorite anime though would have to be...Code Geass. That anime was so awesome! The plot and everything was awesome. I loved how at the end of each episode there was a huge twist, and I mean EVERY EPISODE. For those who don't know what Code Geass is I highly recommend it, and let me tell you stick with it till the end I did not see the end coming one bit... It ran on Adult Swim for a while but for some stupid reason they stopped making new episodes all of the sudden, but I watched the rest on Youtube, so I recommend going there, that or anitube(dot)net. NET NOT COM cause COM takes you to a totally different site. Note: There are two parts to this anime it's "Code Geass" and "Code Geass R2" <-- This one takes place a year after the end of the first part. When you see the end you'll see why it's a year time skip. Also there are about 25eps a part. Another Note: On anitube you can only watch like a few hours worth of video before you have to take like an hours break, since you have to be a member to not get that, but don't worry after an hour you can go back to watching the anime there for free

Code Geass was a very very good anime, the anti-hero character that was Lelouch Lamprouge was complex and yet completely understandable. Alas, as good as it was, it was not my favorite anime or manga. Someone had taken that slot long before it came onto our screens.
Some people say it's repetitive, others say it's basic, yet fun. And others refer to it's immortal title as the "Best Action Cartoon of All Time" Yeah, it's Dragonball Z. Akira Toriyama's long lived series about the boy with the monkey tail has and will remain my favorite anime and manga series.
Sure, it doesn't have the emotional depth of Claymour, or Death Note or even Naruto for that matter, but it does have charm, interesting characters, funny, even random scenarios to break up the serious monotony of other series and most of all, strong life lessons.
It's a series for all ages and if you haven't watched or read it, I'd recommend it. Of course, this was almost everyone's first anime/manga so haha.
While the anime slot is admant, the Manga slot maybe not so much. I've always enjoyed DBZ for sure, but a new series has caught my eye with it's creative flair and unique storyline. And that is Toriko, the story of a famous Gourmet Hunter of the same name who's insatiable appetite and super-human strength go head to head with the world's most dangerous (And delicious) beasts while seeking out rare ingredients.
So far, it has less depth than even DBZ. But it makes me laugh and the action is top notch. Keeps me entertained, and in this day and age, we could use a little more laughter and fun.

Dragonball Z is an awesome anime. I never read the manga though. DBZ is an old classic that will always be one of my top favorite.
Another good anime that I like is Eureka 7. Haha, it's funny cause when I first saw the series I didn't like it one bit, thought it was boring. Then a few months later they were starting it over on Adult Swim and there wasn't anything else to watch so I watched it and fell in love with the series. The Action, the Drama, the Romance, as well as the Comedy pulled me in and kept me watching it.
I've noticed that the older style of anime tends to catch my interest more and more rather than the newer ones. Like Cowboy Bebop (probs spelled it wrong [cant spell all that well]) it is an old style anime and I like it alot. Bleach is another somewhat older version of anime that I like. Once I get a faster internet connection I hope to expand my anime and manga verity. Damn...I sure rant don't I, haha. Later!

Ha! My first anime was Sailor Moon! Boyeah! I don't remember how old I was then. The next one was Pokemon! Hell yeah!
Back when I watched them, they rocked! Then came DBZ (the best part was where the planet Namek was to be destroyed in 15 minutes I think, but the battle lasted for at least 20 episodes XD)
But now when I can see animes that are many times better, I haven't watched them. But still they will remain classics to me.

Oh yeah! Has anyone heard of the anime Nabari?
Another good anime that I liked was "Negima!?" The exclimation and question marks are part of the title, lol. The Funimation website streams all these animes for free if you want to chack these out.
